I think the Islanders, Panthers, and maybe the Hurricanes gave more fight against the Lightning than the Canadiens they just don't have the fire power to match up with the Lightning

I honestly think Lightning were well prepared after playing in that division. Especially with the amount of speed Panthers and Carolina had. MTL seems easy in comparison

As a hockey fan I don't like it when one team wins the title two times in a row But as a Habs fan I have to admit that Tampa totally deserves the Cup while the Canadiens don't. You can't win playing like this. Still no defense, not enough confidence, lack of mutual understanding. Hope they come back better But now congrats to Lightning! Wish Habs win a game for their fans

Tampa was first on the puck at all times both on D & O with that aggressive forechecking. Basically they beat the Habs at their own game

At least NBC finally had the decency of putting this on regular TV.

I wanted to see the Habs win it, but let's just face it. Their defense is horrible, at this rate, they're gonna give the Bolts a 4-0 cup win, no doubt about it. Now they have to get it together and win all the next games if they even want a chance. All that said, the Bolts seem to have earned it. Just with the Habs would have at least showed up.

I think going on that run in 2015 and losing the final to Chicago really prepared our young guys (Johnson, Palat, Kucherov, ect) for future runs. Caufield and Suzuki will get a lot out of this. I misread your last sentence as "wish they wouldn't have shown up" that's why i made an edit.

Key things for Montreal to win game 4.... Price has to play like the best... Habs have to defend a lot better... They are going to have to score these garbage goals and continue to play a full 60 min. Since habs are a garbage team... We'll see Tampa hoist that Cup Monday.
