Thanks for this segment. Well done and greatly appreciated.

His vocabulary is very wide for a second language speaker. You notice other foreign Prem managers who are quite fluent, even Klopp and their vocabulary is still not as complex particularly on some technical descriptions of football.

You will notice that latin based technical words are easy to pick up for a spanish speaker, he probably doesn't consider it especially well spoken or clever, at least as a french native speaker it's my case.

Pep is a perfectionist and masters to the best of his ability any challenge he takes. Don't forget he speaks Spanish, Catalan, German and English. (Not sure about his Italian???) Super smart man.

You are so right, when I go to Australia for 6 weeks each North American winter get all my football news and game coverage through the NBC sports coverage. Love them.

Love pep, can’t believe we have him as Manager, also Klopp is outstanding the football is another level, if we win title is back on however lose Liverpool will win the league, it could have been so different if and it’s a big if now the Mahrez penalty miss, would have changed the league format as it stands as I believe that would have shifted the mindset of both sides, particularly as we got beat the season before at there ground , however it isn’t Liverpool Currently have a 7 point lead, but we know 8pts has been closed with a much shorter time span left

This episode should have been longer, Pep is the best manager in the world.

I like these things but I find all the Pepe interviews are too similar. For me, slightly ignorant interviewers who think the PL is the best thing since sliced bread who try to get a Pep sound bite of him saying the PL is the best/hardest/toughest thing he has ever dealt with. It's simply not true.

Crikey - never heard of the interviewer before, and I was impressed. He asked all the questions I would have chosen given the chance. Intelligent (BT & SSN Please note!) and yet easy going manner, extracted exactly the responses we’d want. You could tell Pep enjoyed that - normally, and understandably, he’s a bit sceptical of the interviewers motives.....right up until the jumper question came up😡 (oh and, Lee Dixon is a City fan and will have cringed at that question in his name!)

LFC fan, but dammit if Pep isn’t as charismatic as our boy, Jürgen. Can’t wait for Thursday’s match.
