Lifelong colts fan. Hated it when it was announced wanted us to move up for bowers . The initial shock has worn offf now and I’m liking it more and more

@@cp37373 oh no. Bowers is a blue chip top five player in the draft if he was available at 15 they take bowers over Laitu 100%

@@isaiahwilliams2332 I actually feel bad for Bowers. I think he would have been great with a team like the Colts and Steichen. Instead, he went to the Raiders who don't really have a QB, and they just drafted Mayer last year. In the Raiders defense, they probably picked the best offensive player available, but I just don't like the fit for him.

Yep. The QB can't do sh*t while he is on his back. And making him constantly run for his life leads to him making mistakes. Mistakes that even a weak secondary can capitalize on.

Colts clearly watched this.

You don't need a great qb....good will suffice ie. Flacko, dilfer, johnson, stafford..... great defense good oline and nice sure handed weapons and great coaching.

They need an offensive line they got good talent in the other areas of offense but that line sucks their defense is ok I don't think they needed a good defender as their first pick I wish they would have taken a offensive lineman that's all

@@timi.4083 Did he get a new neck during that time or is he still playing with a surgically repaired neck that still represents a massive risk that 5 out of 6 medical professionals say is a life threatening gamble. And NOW he'll be playing against bigger, faster, stronger men instead of 20 year old college players.
