Because Everton lost alot of money effecting peoples livelihoods so its easier to see what they have done wrong unlike man city where its loads of little breaches so it will take longer

David Ornstein just stated the commission said Everton had a sporting advantage,the previous commission said we didn’t,do these people know what there doin,obviously not,can someone explain we’re the sporting was,Everton are third lowest nett spend over the last 5 years in the Premier League

I think ManC will be get the mildest ever slap on the wrist. This appeal and reduction process sets a precedent for the ManC case. Besides, the authorities will come up with all kinds of excuses, reasons and BS like the politicians did after the Brexit.

For a start its only 9 points for going into liquidation...2 thirds of the second charge is part of the first charge they cant get 6 points more like 2...as for forest selling johnson for less than they wanted Everton had the same problem with Richarlison

Richard Masters has damaged the reputation of the Premier league. He needs to go. We need to get back to basic football, not involve lawyers and accountants. Let clubs spend what they want and if they go out of business then tough! Or introduce a salary cap, so that clubs can only spend so much on wages.

If Everton get another deduction but have already been deducted for 2/3s of the offences committed ie 6 points ,it means 2 points for 1/3 of offences right? So a second deduction would be 2 points in that case.

Do another appeal and get 4 more points off easy peasy

The big question is when will Manchester City be charged and docked points for the past seasons

All the bureaucracy stuff is stupid. If you’re going to punish them then it should be limited to fines or a reduced transfer budget. Pencil pushers should not be allowed to affect the current competition by deducting arbitrary amounts of points. It hurts the game itself.

Courte cases take a long time. The case hasn't even begun. It won't be finished until next year, then whichever side loses will probably file the case be appealed. Don't expect to hear anything for 2 years.

Why not they did it to EFC when they changed the rules halfway through a season in regard to the financing of new ground, just after Spurs finished theirs, Masters is protecting the "So called" big six he let the cat out of the bag to the Select committee of MPs.
